BCAT doesn’t stop when school is out of session! We’re staying in production throughout the summer, and we want your help!

We invite everyone entering Grades 9-12 to join our high school club, BHS TV, for their annual Summer Session. Meetings will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-4 pm, starting July 5th and concluding on August 23rd.

BHS TV is the producer of the monthly program, Speak of The Devils, the only show on BCAT produced by high school students, for high school students! This summer, you can join the team in creating their special Summer of The Devils episode. Topics include but not limited to music, entertainment, sports, arts, technology, science, and just about anything zealous your mind can come up with. Summer of The Devils will be shown on BCAT’s education channel, website, and Youtube page.

Don’t spend the summer just watching videos – make your own videos in a professional TV studio with state-of-the-art equipment, expert advisors and a group of enthusiastic high schoolers from all over Burlington. Many members of the Summer Session also engage in their own BCAT shows and use equipment to make short form videos for on line. There’s no limit to what you can accomplish at BCAT!

Summer Session is open to all high school students who live in Burlington, with any and all levels of experience. Students will get the chance to work in front of and behind the camera, trying their hands in all areas of production.
