Grand View Farm Ribbon-Cutting Held

Local historians have described the Grand View Farm as Burlington’s most visible and best surviving example of a 19th century connected farm complex.  The Grand View is considered to be a significant architectural landmark as part of Burlington’s 300 year agricultural history.  For the last fifteen years the Grand View Advisory Committee has been working to refurbish the Grand View into a town facility for the entire community. 


After many ups and downs and without using a cent of taxpayer money, this week the new Grand View Farm Marion Tavern town facility hosted its first official event – its own ribbon cutting ceremony.
