Poll Hours for Last Day of Early Voting Extended
Those who wish to cast an early ballot ahead of next Tuesday’s presidential election now have some extra time to do it.
Town Clerk Amy Warfield said in a release that the hours for early voting have been extended on Friday. The polls will not close at 5 p.m. on Friday as opposed to 1 p.m. as originally planned.
Residents can also vote Wednesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Early voting takes place in the second floor hearing room at Town Hall.
Along with the vote for president, residents of Burlington can cast ballots in the 21st Middlesex State Rep. race between incumbent Ken Gordon (D-Bedford) and challenger Paul Girouard (R-Burlington) for the 21st Middlesex State Rep. Seat. See our debate coverage here and here for more information on the two candidates.
There are also four ballot questions for voters to weigh in on. You can find a BNEWS Special Report discussing those questions here.
