Terry McSweeney Retires After 37 Years

Jimmy Carter was the President when Terry McSweeney became a member of the Burlington Board of Health.  Since then Terry has helped establish several health standards and practices for Burlington, including toxic and hazardous waste bylaws, instituting the Environmental Engineer position and building the Board of Health out from three to five members. 


This past week, Terry participated in his last Board of Health meeting as a member.
