Time to 'Fall Back' on Sunday

By: Rich Hosford

It's that time of year again.

As the old saying goes "Spring forward, fall back." This Sunday marks the end of Daylight Saving Time. Before going to bed Saturday night, turn your clocks back one hour. Officially Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday but unless you're a night owl and a stickler for the rules, Saturday night will work just fine.

Computers, smart phones and tablets will automatically adjust the time.

This does mean that the days will be getting dark earlier, but we do get an extra hour of sleep on Sunday.
