TITLE Boxing Club Featuring 'No-Hit' Workouts to Open in Burlington
By: Rich Hosford
“Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee” and get a workout while you’re at it.
There is a new fitness center focused on using boxing as a workout coming to Burlington. TITLE Boxing Club is moving into the site formerly occupied by Boston Bed Company in Vinebrook Plaza off of Middlesex Turnpike and Mall Road.
TITLE Boxing offers classes to people who want the strenuous workout performed by boxing professional without the need to exchange actual punches with an opponent. The classes promise a calorie burn with no hitting or fighting. TITLE Boxing also says the environment is one with no judgement or intimidation.
The owner of the Burlington franchise was at the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting this week to get permission to put a sign up on the tower-like building in Vinebrook Plaza facing Middlesex Turnpike. He said it was necessary to get commuter’s attention and to allow potential customers to find the business.
The members of the board approved the sign.
There was no mention of an opening date during the meeting. Get more information about the fitness center from their website.
