Baby it’s cold outside!

If you qualify for fuel assistance the Council on Aging or Veteran’s Agent can help you apply for fuel assistance. If you are already receiving fuel assistance but have run out of benefits Council on Aging Outreach Workers (781) 270-1950 or Youth and Family Services (781) 270-1961. They can help connect you to resources to help pay for heating costs.  If you are over 65, and you heat with gas or electricity, your service cannot be turned off until spring.

If you are cold today and need somewhere warm to go her is a list of places:  The Council on Aging is open until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
