BACC Hosting Black Tie Gala to Benefit Local Charities


Enjoy an upscale night out and benefits a number of local charities at the same time. 


“The Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the return of the Black Tie Gala, presented by Herb Chambers of Burlington, to benefit the Burlington Area Chamber of Commerce Charitable Partnership Program; a sector of the BACC's Charitable Foundation (a 501(c)(3) organization),” an invite reads. “The Chamber is bringing the business community together as we collaborate with our non-profit members to help these worthy organizations raise awareness and funds to better Burlington and the surrounding communities.”


The gala will be held on Saturday, January 25 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn at 15 Middlesex Canal Park, Woburn. Tickets are $100 per guest. 


The beneficiaries of the Black Tie Gala include: Nashoba Learning Group, Neurofibromatosis Northeast, HELPIS, Burlington Youth & Family Services, UDT-SEAL Association, Skate for the 22 Foundation, Burlington Womenade, and Burlington Education Foundation.


“The evening begins with a cocktail reception where guests will be entertained, mingle, enjoy appetizers, and peruse raffle items,” the invite states. “Following the reception will be a dinner in the beautiful Grand Ballroom, a few inspiring speeches, introductions to our charitable partners all capped off by an evening of dancing.”
