BHS Performing Arts to Present Broadway's 'Peter Pan'

Burlington High School is pleased to announce that it will present Broadway’s timeless classic musical, Peter Pan, reminding you to be prepared to be whisked away to a place where dreams are born and no one ever grows up! The performances will take place on March 24, 25, 31 and April 1 at 7:30 pm, and on April 2 at 2:00 pm. A musical for the kid in everyone, performances will take place in the Fogelberg Performing Arts Center of Burlington High School.
Based on JM Barrie’s classic tale and featuring an unforgettable score by Morris Charlap and Jule Styne with lyrics by Carolyn Leigh and Betty Comden and Adolph Green, Peter Pan is one of the most beloved family favorites of all time. This high flying Tony Award-winning musical has been performed around the world and has delighted audiences for over 60 years.
Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, a fierce Indian tribe, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook.
Featuring the iconic songs, "I'm Flying," "I've Gotta Crow," "I Won't Grow Up" and "Never Never Land," and a rousing book full of magic, warmth and adventure, Peter Pan is the perfect show for the child in all of us... who dreamed of soaring high and never growing up.
Cast in the title role of the boy who would never grow up is Ivy Saltsman as Peter Pan. She is joined by Mia Campbell as Wendy Darling, Harry White as Captain Hook, Michelle Pothier as John Darling, Boris Belin as Michael Darling, Christian Weisse as Mr. Darling, Gaia Arno as Liza the Maid and Jessie Goober as Tiger Lily.
Also featured are Erin Kerr as Grown-up Wendy Darling, Crystal Curran as Mrs. Darling, Julia Hovasse as Jane Darling, Luis Villalta as Smee, Nathaniel Trofimow as Mullins, and Jennifer L’Heureux as Nana and Crocodile.
