Board of Health Offering Free High Dose Flu Vaccines for Seniors

Burlington is trying to help seniors, who are greater risk of complications, avoid the flu.

The Burlington Board of Health will be administering high dose flu vaccine for those 65 and older on Monday, October 7 and Monday, October 21 from 10 am to 12:30 p.m. in their offices in the Human Services Building at 61 Center Street (upstairs from the Senior Center offices).

The vaccines will be given by appointment only. To make an appointment call the Board of Health at 781-270-1955.

All flu vaccines are free, but if you have health insurance the Board of Health asks you to bring your information with you to the appointment.
