Buy a Brick and Support the Burlington Dog Park

By: BNEWS

The Friends of the Burlington Dog Park and the Burlington Recreation Department are giving supporters a chance to have their name forever be part of the Burlington Dog Park.

They are raising funds with a “Buy A Brick Program” to help support the project.

“We are raising money to help pay for the construction of the Burlington Dog Park at Rahanis Park,” a release reads. “The bricks will be placed at the entrance to the large and small entry areas of the park.”

4×8 bricks will cost $55 and 8 x 8 bricks will cost $105.

The plans for the Burlington Dog Park are to create a safe and friendly place for dogs and their owners to congregate at Rahanis Park off of Mill Street. The park will feature multiple fenced-in areas where dogs can run around as well as fun obstacles and pieces of equipment the pups can play on.
