Cub Scout Pack 105's Recuitment Night/Splash Night

By: Robert Parris

Is your son adventurous and would like to engage in activities that will help him learn good citizenship?

Cub Scout pack 105 will be having their annual registration night on Wednesday, September 6th from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fox Hill School.

The club is for boys entering Kindergarten through 5th grade. The pack meets the first Wednesday of the month, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Fox Hill.

Registration night is a fun way to learn about the introduction of cub scouting and for parents to meet and socialize with other members.

The purpose of Pack 105 is for young boys to be taught good citizenship while learning to help those in the community. They are shown, through example, that service matters and they can make a difference.

The meetings are filled with activities that the scouts engage in throughout the year.

These include camping, service projects, hikes, rocket building and much more. The recruiting event is also a splash night, so make sure to bring a bathing suit.
