Glass Company Safelite Group Moving Contact Center from Burlington to Billerica

By: BNEWS

A glass company is moving a contact center from Burlington to Billerica.

Safelite Group, a multi-faceted vehicle glass and claims management service organization out of Columbus, Ohio, announced this week that it will relocate its contact center operations from 18 Terry Avenue in Burlington to a new building located at 47 Manning Road in Billerica.

The new building will be five times larger than the previous building and have seating for 100 rather than the 20 at the current site. Fortunately for current employees they will be given the opportunity to move with the company.

“The relocation will provide the opportunity for existing Safelite employees to remain with the company as well as provide the necessary infrastructure for job growth,” spokesperson Casey Sudzina said. “Additional amenities of the new call center will include ample employee parking, additional seating and workspace, as well as an upgraded facility that will allow for implementation of new technology.”

Safelite expects the relocation to be finalized at the end of May.
