Jack's Coal Fire Pizza Open on Wall Street in Burlington

There is a new place in town for pizza lovers.

Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza has opened its first location here in Burlington at 2 Wall Street in the same building as Temazcal (formerly Papa Razzi).

“Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza has an inspired menu of handcrafted pizzas, pastas and wings, brought to life within the restaurant’s coal fired and wood fired ovens made in Italy,” a release states. “As the name suggests, the coal fired concept is carried throughout Jack’s, influencing everything from the cocktail program to the interior décor.”

According to the release, the restaurant aims to provide guests with a relaxed and intimate dining experience.

“A gas fireplace adorned in charred wood and a large skylight provide a modern touch, complementing the sleek red booths and barber-style bar stools throughout the dining area,” it reads

The 6,000-square-foot restaurant is designed to seat 140 people and has a mix of high and low top tables, large booths and bar seating, the glass dining room accordion doors also open up to a 56-seat covered patio featuring both heaters and air conditioning. The restaurant also has an open-concept kitchen for anyone who wants to watch the food be prepared.

The menu features a variety of 16-inch and 12-inch wood fired pies as well as a selection of starters, pastas and salads. The restaurant serves nearly 40 craft and local beers as well as a variety of wine and specialty cocktails.
