LABB Collaborative Program shows their Film at Burlington Mall

The Brio Theater is having a special screening of their movie, The Portal, at the Microsoft Store in the Burlington Mall on Friday, August 4th from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.

The Portal was written by two high school students and was shot entirely in Burlington High School and some scenes at BCAT and WinCam.The film was produced by the Brio Integrated Theatre and started seventy-five participants from Burlington, Winchester, and Woburn.

It also features 21 actors with special needs from the LABB Collaborative Program at Burlington High School and interns from Winchester and from NUPATH in Woburn.


The film is about two high school students named Stanley and Robert who are looking for some magic in their lives. They are unaware that a special ball will transport them and others to magical worlds.


The event is free and everyone is welcome.There will also be popcorn, soda, and water.
