• Distribution of a Class D Substance (Marijuana)
Officials say that over the past 11 months, detectives have investigated the illegal distribution of marijuana from Sullivan’s address. During the course of their investigation, officials determined that Sullivan was distributing large amounts of marijuana from the residence.
According to the release detectives identified dozens of customers who would arrive at the residence and spend a short amount of time in the driveway with Sullivan, before leaving.
"This case is an example of the diligence, persistence, and dedication that our Detective Unit gives to our department and, in turn, the community," Chief Kent said. "I appreciate the exemplary work of these officers who took a dealer off the streets."
