Town Administrator: Services Available from All Department

Burlington Town Administrator Paul Sagarino is reminding residents that even though Town Hall and other municipal buildings are closed, services and support are still available.

In an update posted to the town website, he said that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the town of Burlington has continued to provide full services to the public.

“Although our facilities may be closed, we have adopted new ways of conducting business with our residents and businesses safely, online and via the phone,” Sagarino wrote. “We thank the public for all of your support for these initiatives.”

He added that all offices are also available by appointment and if you require a special accommodation that requires you meet in person, to contact the appropriate department to set up an appointment.

“Risk factors for the spread of COVID-19 are higher for indoor environments than outdoor environments and we continue to be cautious about how we reopen,” Sagarino said.” The Town will regularly evaluate the necessity to open its physical locations during the COVID-19 pandemic and will make an announcement when that will occur.”
