​​Burlington Mall Announces Common Craft 

Approved for an all-alcohol liquor license by the Board of Selectmen in May, Common Craft will be located in the former Sears location at the Burlington Mall. 

The concept is a distinctive dining experience which includes a restaurant with a retail wine and malt store operation. Common Craft will feature a carefully curated, rotating selection of hospitality experiences: including a craft brewery, a farm winery, a speakeasy, bistro dining and more. 

Some of the craft producers featured will include Idle Hands Craft Ales, offering an array of Belgian beers to provide refreshment and complement meals. Deacon Giles Distillery whose array incorporates spirits like vodka and gin as well as canned cocktails like gin & tonic, Mai Tais and more. Hermit Thrush Brewery will have their signature brews made from the wild yeast of Brattleboro, known for its balance and dry effervescence. Common Craft will also have a selection of wineries in the Élevage Wine Room. 

Burlington Mall General Manager Justin Feldhouse spoke to the Mall’s new approach to dining lifestyle,

 “We are excited to be able to offer our shoppers additional new dining options such as Common Craft. It is a great time to join our premier center with our transformational redevelopment underway which will provide an even greater experience for our loyal shoppers,” said Feldhouse.

 Common Craft is expected to open November, 15, 2021 and will join a host of incoming restaurants like Parm, Fogo De Chao, Bennett’s Sandwich Shop, Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ and Milkshake Lovers all scheduled to open this year in the redevelopment.
