Board of Health Flu Clinic

The Burlington Board of Health is holding a flu clinic Saturday, October 16, 2021 9:30am to 12:30pm at Memorial School, 125 Winn Street. You can make an appointment by going to burlington.org and going to the Public Health page or Click Here. 

High doses will be offered while supplies last. All immunizations are free, but if you have health insurance, please enter your information when registering. 

Flu vaccination prevents millions of illnesses and flu-related doctor’s visits each year. During 2019-2020 flu vaccinations prevented an estimated 7.5 million influenza illnesses, 3.7 million influenza-associated medical visits, 105,000 influenza-associated hospitalizations, and 6,300 influenza-associated deaths.

All children and adults are eligible regardless of insurance status. When registering, please enter in an email address for canceling or rescheduling your appointments and for receipt of proof of vaccination. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If you have questions or are unable to register, call the Board of Health office at 781-270-1955. If possible, please wear a loose-fitting short sleeve shirt to your appointment.Â
