Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT) is a nonprofit access television facility that was formed in 1987.

Burlington Cable Access Television (BCAT) provides the town of Burlington Public, Education and Government (PEG) programming. To us, our community is the fabric that weaves our town together. Burlington’s residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, institutions, and neighborhoods, that’s our community.

With a full-time news department, BCAT provides local news coverage, including news, events, sports, weather, and other interest stories.

BCAT is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where residents can obtain hands-on training in video production. Free access to professional television equipment gives volunteer producers and organizations the opportunity to create community programming that is unique and locally relevant. BCAT provides an invaluable opportunity to utilize television production equipment and a medium to share ideas, information, and creative expressions.

Our professional staff is available to assist individuals and groups in achieving their training and /or production goals. Our training programs and associated practical experience has provided participants with the skills to become television professionals.
