
In the fall of 2023, the Select Board formed a subcommittee to oversee the potential building project of a new police station on the current site on 45 Center Street. This committee consists of members of the Select Board, Planning Board, Zoning Bylaw Review, Ways & Means, Capital Budget, and Land Use Committee as well as four Burlington residents. The committee is expected to meet bi-weekly and in joint meetings with the Select Board. Kaestle Boos Associates is the design team heading up the feasibility study for the project.
