Varsity: Boys baseball headed to Wakefield on Tuesday, May 18 to take on the Warriors. The Red Devils only managed to score one run, Wakefield defeated their opponent in a 9-1 final. Burlington drops to (0-5) on the season and will face Wakefield again on Saturday May, 22 at Francis Wyman.

Varsity: Boys Baseball hosted the Stoneham Spartans on Saturday, May 15 at the Francis Wyman Baseball Field. Stoneham ended the game 1-0 over the Red Devils. Burlington drops to (0-4) on the season and will have a match up against the Warriors in Wakefield on Tuesday, May 18

Varsity: Boys Baseball headed to Stoneham on Tuesday, May 11 to take on the Spartans. Burlington lost the game 7-2 and will face the Spartans again on Saturday, May 15 at Francis Wyman. The Red Devils drop to (0-3) on the season.

Varsity: Boys Baseball traveled to Wilmington on Saturday to face the Wildcats in their second meeting of the season. The Red Devils managed to score 10 runs in the game, however the Wildcats beat them to it with 17. Final score was 17-10. Burlington drops to (0-2) on the season and will head to Stoneham on Tuesday, May 11 to face the Spartans.

Varsity: Red Devil Baseball had their home opener against the Wilmington Wildcats on Thursday, May 6 at Francis Wyman. The team was outplayed as they lost by a score of 10-2. Burlington drops to (0-1) on the season and will face the Wildcats again on Saturday, May 8 in Wilmington.

Robert Parris

Robert Parris is BCAT’s Sports and Features Reporter. Robert first got involved with BCAT in January 2016 as a volunteer news reporter. Throughout the year, as a volunteer, he was busy developing his technical skills at the studio and his ENG skills in the field. In the summer of 2017, Robert joined the team full-time. He quickly settled into his role, providing all of the production support for our news programs, as well as providing weekly sports highlights. Robert also produces a weekly feature for BNEWS, as well as a monthly show called, BNEWS Sports Hub, and BCAT’s Game of the Week.
