BHS Volleyball Hosting ‘Dig Pink Rally Game’ to Fight Breast Cancer

Come support Burlington High School’s girl volleyball players and help fight cancer at the same time.

“BHS Volleyball will be hosting its annual Dig Pink Rally Volleyball Game this Friday, October 7th and they would love to have you there!” an invite states.

Each year proceeds and donations raised from this game go to support the Side Out Foundation and breast cancer research. Last year they raised just over $3,100 and they are hoping to beat that this year. JV and Freshman will play at 4 p.m. and Varsity will take the stage at 5:30 p.m.

“Let’s pack the gym and help defeat this terrible disease!” the invite states.

There will also be raffles (including restaurant gift cards, fleece blankets, themed baskets, and a hotel stay for 2 in Boston), a bake sale, hot pizza, and of course some great volleyball games

$5 suggested donation will be collected at the door for adults. Students and children are free.
