The Burlington Board of Health is hosting its fall household hazardous waste collection day from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, September 28 at Fox Hill School.
Eligible items for disposal include full aerosol cans, fluorescent lightbulbs, mercury-containing products, propane tanks, toxic cleaning products, pool chemicals and non-alkaline batteries. Fire extinguishers are not accepted.
