Police arrested Tyler Healey, 23, who recently lived in Waltham and Newton and has ties to Burlington, on charges related to the May 8 attempted kidnapping on Middlesex Turnpike. Healey is being charged with Assault with Intent to Rape, Attempt to Commit a Crime (Kidnapping), Assault with Intent to Commit a Felony Indecent Assault and Battery on a Person 14 or Over
