Interested members of the public are invited to attend a quarterly meeting of the Burlington Volunteer Reserve Corps (BVRC). There will be a presentation by Edward J. Weiner, Ph.D., Chairman of the Board of Health. Dr. Weiner will provide a fun, informative, and interactive discussion on both the formal and informal meeting process.
