Four Burlington Companies Named “Top Place to Work” in Massachusetts 

Annually the Boston Globe Magazine comprises a list of the best employers in Massachusetts. In 2024, 175 companies were named to their Top Places to Work list. The survey on employee engagement was conducted by the company Energage in Pennsylvania. More than 8,000 Massachusetts employees participated with nearly 68,000 workers at 323 companies rating their employers on leadership, values, training, benefits, and other metrics. The rankings. Organizations were broken down into four size classifications: small (50-99 employees); medium (100-249); large (250-999); and largest (1,000 or more). The data for these rankings are based on company profiles at the time the surveys were conducted earlier this year.

One Burlington based company was among the largest category, with two in the large classification and one in the medium making the listings. In the largest category is Northbridge Companies, which serves the rising need for senior living, programs and necessary services. 

Amid the large category are Progress and Keurig/Dr Pepper. Progress is a tech company developing data platforms, artificial intelligence applications and infrastructure management. Keurig/Dr Pepper is a leading North American beverage company with a portfolio of more than 125 owned licenses and brands with exceptional distribution capability.  

Another tech company named to the medium size top places for employees is Bioprocure/Prendio which endeavors to smooth out procure-to-pay processes for researchers, biotech finance teams, and VC firms.
