Francis Wyman students SOAR high to achieve excellence!
Teachers have been working on establishing and reinforcing school routines and good citizenship skills with students at all grade levels. They conducted classroom discussions around the expectations of Self-Control, Outstanding Effort, Acts of Kindness, and Respect in the classroom, during lunch, on the bus, in bathrooms, and on the playground.
They collected a wedge to create our Falcon mascot from each area, to complete a Francis Wyman emblem. Upon completion of this important emblem, Principal McDonald and Vice Principal Doiron visited classrooms to give students their “Golden Wings” that they worked hard to earn. Our students are ready to start earning our SOARing coupons when they get caught following these schoolwide expectations, and earning special rewards that our PBIS team is planning.
