Girls Outdoor track finished in the North Division 2 MIAA Pentathlon and Sectional Performances. Here were the results from the weekend.
- Winnie Sekyaya- 13.28 in the 100 Meter Dash- Long Jump- 4th place 17’ 5 1/2”
- Grace Hanafin- 200 Meter Dash- 25.81 (Divisional State Champ)
- Hope Hanafin 800 Meter Run- 2:25.94
- Cora Laverty in the 100- 18th place- 18.70
- 400 Meter Hurdles- 19th place- 76.66
- Heather Murphy- 100 Meter Hurdles- 19th place- 19.22
- Sydney Hovasse- Triple Jump- 14th place- 31′ 1 3/4”
- Brooke Bibbo Shot Put- 34′ 7′ Discus Throw- 97’9 (Double Divisional State Champ)
- Allie Sciarratta-Shot Put- 9th place- 31′ 1”

Robert Parris
Robert Parris is BCAT’s Sports and Features Reporter. Robert first got involved with BCAT in January 2016 as a volunteer news reporter. Throughout the year, as a volunteer, he was busy developing his technical skills at the studio and his ENG skills in the field. In the summer of 2017, Robert joined the team full-time. He quickly settled into his role, providing all of the production support for our news programs, as well as providing weekly sports highlights. Robert also produces a weekly feature for BNEWS, as well as a monthly show called, BNEWS Sports Hub, and BCAT’s Game of the Week.
