Longtime Burlington public servant Joe Impemba was recognized at his final Planning Board meeting as he steps down after decades of service to the town.
Impemba served 20 years on the Planning Board, following 15 years on the Select Board. During that time, he helped shape the community through years of public service and local leadership.
At his final Planning Board meeting, fellow board members and colleagues took time to reflect on Impemba’s impact and thank him for his dedication to Burlington. The meeting also included a chair dedication in his honor, a tradition in town for board members who step down after many years of service.
