Local cousins Liam Cronin and James Anderson have qualified to run the Boston Marathon as a duo team, following in the tradition of the beloved father-son pair Dick and Rick Hoyt. Along with family friend and fellow charity runner Derek DeAntonis, the pair are raising money to support programs for adults with disabilities. They’re hoping some of that money will go to the Burlington Parks & Recreation Department.
More information on James, Liam, Derek and their run is available here.
Thanks to Team Hoyt for the use of their photographs.
