Two of Burlington’s Town Meeting precincts are underrepresented with May Town Meeting getting underway next month.
According to a notice from Town Clerk Amy Warfield, both Precinct 5 and 7 each have an open seat.
Anyone from those precincts who would like to try and fill the vacancies should contact the other Town Meeting Members of the precinct to have their names placed for nomination.
The list of active Town Meeting members is available on the town website.
There will then be a meeting of the precinct members to fill the vacancy that will be held virtually on Thursday, April 22. For Meeting information Contact the Town Clerks office at clerk@burlington.org.
