New Restaurants, Retail, and Entertainment Coming to Burlington Mall

Burlington Mall has announced a new lineup of restaurants, retailers, and entertainment options, including several concepts making their first appearance in Massachusetts. The additions are part of a series of openings planned throughout 2026 as the mall continues to expand its mix of dining, shopping, and entertainment offerings.

Among the highlights is Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila Bar, which is expected to open this summer and will mark the brand’s first location in Massachusetts. Known for its bold Mexican flavors, fresh-made guacamole, and extensive tequila selection, Rocco’s brings a high-energy, celebration-style dining experience, with a lively atmosphere designed around music, shared plates, and a social, nightlife feel.

Several additional dining options are also planned or recently opened. Wonder, which recently held its grand opening at The Village, offers a multi-restaurant ordering concept with menus from a range of chefs. A new to-go concept, Waffle & Bagel, is expected to open by early summer. Soup Zen Hot Pot is also planned, bringing an Asian hot pot dining experience with a projected opening later this year.

Champs Sports will relocate to a larger space on the upper level, with a reopening planned for May. In addition, Bissinger’s Handcrafted Chocolatesis expected to open its first Massachusetts location later this year.
