MILFORD DEFEATS BOYS VOLLEYBALL IN SWEET SIXTEEN
Red Devil volleyball season came to an end after a 3 to 1 loss to the fourth-seeded (12 and 7) Milford Scarlet Hawks in the Sweet Sixteen round of the MIAA Division 2 State Tournament last Tuesday. Burlington ends the season as the 13th seed with a record of 12 and 10. Eight seniors have graduated from the team.

BOYS TENNIS SEASON ENDS IN SWEET SIXTEEN
Boys tennis season came to an end after a 4 to 1 road loss to the 4th seeded (14 and 5) Walpole Timberwolves in the Sweet Sixteen round of the MIAA Division 2 State Tournament last Tuesday. Burlington ends the season as the 13th seed with a record of 10 and 10. Five seniors graduated from the team:

TRACK & FIELD COMPETE AT MIAA MEET OF CHAMPIONS
Athletes from both the girls and boys outdoor track and field teams competed at the MIAA Meet of Champions at Merrimack College this past weekend. Here were the results.

Girls 400-Meter Hurdles:
17th place — Senior Leila Gilligan, 1:07.34 (Personal Best)

Girls 100-Meter Hurdles:
31st place — Gilligan, 16.41

Boys High Jump:
14th place — Junior Leon Sekandi, 6 feet, 2 inches

Boys Javelin:
15th place — Senior Ryan Brooks, 155 feet, 5 inches

Boys 110-Meter Hurdles:
29th place — Sekandi, 15.87

MSTCA MULTI CHAMPIONSHIPS
Jack McFadden, Nathan Alba, Leon Sekandi and Jack Tucci competed at the MSTCA Multi Championships on June 7th and 8th at Weston High School. Here were some of the results.

Decathlon 100-Meter Dash:
92nd place — McFadden, 12.59
95th place — Alba, 12.63

Decathlon 400-Meter Dash:
62nd place — Sekandi, 57.70 (Personal Best)
105th place — Alba, 1:00.80
