A proposed expansion of Plaza 62, located at 85 Wilmington Road, drew significant public comment during a Burlington Planning Board meeting on April 16.
The proposal calls for an expansion of the existing plaza by approximately 17,000 square feet, along with site upgrades including drainage improvements, landscaping, and enhanced pedestrian access.
Planning Board members emphasized that the hearing marked the beginning of the review process, noting that no decisions have been made and that additional analysis, including a possible traffic study, is expected as the project moves forward.
