Burlington High School’s robotics program, DevilBotz Team 2876, is preparing a major event to introduce the community to their robots, with a special eye to encouraging middle schoolers to get involved.
On June 5, 2024 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., interested community members can learn about this year’s robot, Inferno, which won the Excellence in Engineering Award at a FIRST District Qualifiers, and even get a chance to drive the robot. Middle schoolers can also ask high school students what it was like to build their very own robot in the BHS Library.
