The winner of Burlington’s first monthly photo contest has been announced.

Neha Khairnar’s photo received the most from the community on the Town of Burlington’s Facebook page. This month’s theme was Signs of the Season, and Neha’s photo shows a  hammock, normally used for lounging about in the warmer season, carrying a good amount of snow from one of the recent storms. Nice photo Neha, and congratulations!

Each month, the town will invite the public to share images inspired by a specific theme. A few favorites will be selected the following week, opened up for community voting, and a winning photo will be revealed at the end of the month.

To participate, community members can share one photo in the comments on the post from the Town’s Facebook page. Stay tuned for next month’s contest.
