USA Today has announced its annual Readers’ Choice Awards for the nation’s best gluten-free bakeries and local favorite Twist Bakery & Cafe is in the running. Located at 3rd Ave Burlington, Twist also has a location in Mills, MA.
According to the contest page “These bakeries have been nominated by an expert panel as the best in the country for cooking up desserts and baked goods that are just as indulgent as their traditional counterparts.”
The site’s description of Twist reads, “Twist Bakery & Cafe goes beyond gluten-free sweets — like their beloved lemon squares, cakes, and brownies — and offers savory items such as sandwiches and quesadillas. Note that the menu changes with the seasons.”
You can vote once per day until the polls close on Monday, September 15 at noon ET. The 10 winning bakeries will be announced on Wednesday, September 24.
